I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and didn't greet us during our late arrival. On top of that, the shower in our room was dirty, which was really off-putting. We also had reservations for dinner that evening, but despite my request for a specific room floor, I was assigned a room on the first floor instead.

However, the area felt less secure due to visible police presence and reports of nearby crime, making it necessary to stay extra alert. A Warm Refuge During Tough Times
Our family enjoyed a much-needed escape during the power outage. The staff was friendly despite the chaos, and the warm room was a welcome relief. Don't forget to bring your own toiletries, as extras can be costly. Overall, a solid choice for emergency accommodations.
